INDEPENDENTLY CERTIFIED INSPECTORS

INSPECTIONS INCLUDE:

Complete visual and operational inspection
Critical bolts and fasteners torque checked to factory spec’s and tightened if necessary
Complete truck chassis inspection (DOT Certification Available)
Dye penetrant and/or Magnetic Particle Testing of suspected bad welds
Lubrication of all pins and bushings
Inspection and lubrication of all leveling chains and cables ( On some units, this requires removal and cleaning of cables, performed at no additional charge)
Check all gear box levels and top off as necessary
Tighten any hydraulic fittings found to be loose.
Structural strength test (Per manufacturer’s specifications)
A C Dielectric test of booms, inserts and liners (per current ANSI specifications)
Computer generated report of inspection and testing results
Electronic record keeping of critical information
Fleets supplied with CD and/or analysis software (No additional charge)
